TECHNOLOGIA GROUP Sustainability Report 2025

Sustainability means far more than environmental responsibility alone. It is equally about people, fair opportunities, long-term economic resilience, and the ability of businesses to create value without compromising the future. At TECHNOLOGIA GROUP, sustainability is embedded into everyday decision-making, shaping the way we produce products, support employees, invest in innovation, and interact with communities.

Represented by:

The Group operates across seven production sites. Our approach to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals is built on continuous business development and three interconnected priorities: people, innovation and investment, and environmental responsibility.

PEOPLE FIRST: BUILDING A BUSINESS AROUND HUMAN POTENTIAL

Behind every product, innovation, and achievement are the people who make them possible. Today, 900 employees work across TECHNOLOGIA GROUP companies, contributing their expertise, ideas, and energy to the company’s growth. The weighted average share of women in management positions across the Group has reached approximately 37%, reflecting our commitment to creating more inclusive leadership opportunities.

While all companies within TECHNOLOGIA GROUP share common corporate values, each business also develops its own social initiatives tailored to local needs and realities. Transparent business relations, attractive working conditions, continuous learning opportunities, and professional growth remain key priorities throughout the Group’s sustainability approach.

Employee development programs range from internal trainings and foreign language courses to financial housing support initiatives. In Ukraine, TECHNOLOGIA JSC continues programs supporting employees returning from military service, helping veterans reintegrate into professional life and adapt to civilian careers. In France, internship programs provide students and young professionals with practical experience and future employment opportunities within the company.

In 2025, TECHNOLOGIA JSC also expanded its dual education initiatives. New partnerships were launched with educational institutions in Ternopil, Nemyriv, and Bila Tserkva. These collaborations help students gain practical manufacturing experience and strengthen the connection between education and industry.

INNOVATION THAT RESPONDS TO REAL PACKAGING INDUSTRY CHALLENGES

Innovation at TECHNOLOGIA GROUP is closely connected to the changing expectations of both the market and society. In 2025, the Group introduced several important product developments focused on sustainability, compliance, and consumer safety, while also supporting the principles of a circular economy.

One of the key launches was PolylamEco – a PPWR-ready capsule for still and sparkling wines developed by our R&D team. Designed in response to the new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), PolylamEco capsules achieve more than 70% recyclability and already meet the recyclability standards that will become mandatory across the EU by 2030.

The innovation lies in the optimized material structure, significantly reducing environmental impact while maintaining product quality and functionality. The recyclability performance was independently verified by Interzero certification, where our champagne capsules and laminate caps received 17 out of 20 possible points. By increasing recyclability and reducing waste generation, PolylamEco contributes directly to the development of a circular economy in the packaging industry.

Another important innovation introduced in 2025 was the T-TAP PTO closure for flexible packaging. Developed in line with EU Single-Use Plastics regulations, the solution combines environmental responsibility with practical performance. The tamper-evident opening indicator remains attached to the tap, helping reduce plastic litter while allowing consumers to immediately identify whether the product has been opened. Reinforced structural elements ensure durability even during repeated use.

At the same time, TEO France S.A.S. launched a dedicated production line for CRD capsules with the official French tax stamp. This authorization allows the company to manufacture the highly regulated CRD capsule featuring Marianne – a symbol of the French Republic. Beyond its visual identity, the CRD capsule confirms excise tax compliance, guarantees traceability, and supports transparent circulation of wine products within France.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY IN DAILY OPERATIONS

Environmental protection within TECHNOLOGIA GROUP is not limited to individual projects – it is integrated into operational processes, investments, and production development strategies across all enterprises.

The Group continues investing in production modernization, new technologies, and R&D aimed at developing more sustainable packaging solutions and supporting circular economy principles. Environmental initiatives implemented across the companies include increasing recycling rates for production waste, reducing plastic usage, improving air purification systems for solvent emissions, and introducing separate waste collection both in offices and production areas.

Energy efficiency remains another important focus area. Enterprises continue replacing conventional lighting with energy-saving LED systems, implementing automatic lighting controls and motion sensors, and strengthening monitoring of electricity and resource consumption.

Additional environmental measures include resource efficiency assessments and the expansion of recycling partnerships for secondary raw materials. These actions help strengthen a circular economy approach by maximizing material reuse and minimizing environmental impact throughout the production cycle.

The measurable impact of these efforts is already visible. In 2025 alone, TECHNOLOGIA GROUP regranulated 395 tons of film and recycled 88,8 tons of aluminum scrap, exceeding the company’s 2024 recycling results and further contributing to circular economy objectives.

LOOKING FORWARD

Sustainability for TECHNOLOGIA GROUP is an ongoing process of improvement, responsibility, and adaptation to future challenges. By combining investment in people, innovation, and environmental protection, the Group continues building a business model aligned with global sustainable development priorities and the growing importance of the circular economy.

The 2025 Sustainability Report reflects not only achieved results, but also our long-term commitment to responsible growth, transparency, and continuous progress across all areas of operation.
