TECHNOLOGIA JSC’s strategy is based on sustainable development and the responsible use of resources. The company incorporates the principles of the circular economy and sustainable development into the production of polyethylene film, ensuring high quality and minimal environmental impact while complying with Ukrainian and EU standards.
At TECHNOLOGIA JSC, polyethylene film production is organised with a strong focus on reducing waste while maintaining consistently high quality.
This high level of efficiency is ensured by modern polyethylene film production equipment from leading global manufacturers. Advanced blow moulding lines reduce setup time and minimise raw material losses when launching new orders. Operator software assistants facilitate rapid format changes and seamless transitions between different types of raw materials, while providing real-time monitoring of process parameters and promptly signalling any deviations.
As a result of these measures, process waste is significantly reduced and effectively managed. In 2024, the company recycled nearly 10% more polyethylene film waste than in 2023, reinforcing its large-scale commitment to environmental responsibility. Production waste is transferred to partner manufacturers, where it is repurposed into a wide range of polymer products, including garbage bags, gloves and heat-shrinkable film.
Together, these advanced solutions lower energy consumption, reduce CO₂ emissions and minimise the company’s overall environmental impact.

One of TECHNOLOGIA JSC’s competitive advantages is its ability to produce durable and puncture-resistant film with an individual multilayer structure for liquid and paste-like products. The key parameter of such film is its high flex crack resistance index, or resistance to repeated bending. This characteristic is crucial for packaging dairy products and other liquids. The film undergoes intense mechanical stress during packaging, transportation, and use.
Thanks to years of research into polymer compositions, the company has developed formulations that offer extraordinary resistance to microcracks and tears. This ensures reliable packaging and reduces risks for brand manufacturers.
Polyethylene-based multilayer film production is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian Technical Conditions 25.2-14022407-008-2010. The products are used for packaging food and baby products, household chemicals, and as a base for composite materials (with paper, aluminium foil and other polymer layers), as well as for high-quality printing.
The company’s management system has been certified to the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
In 2025, the production of polyethylene-based multilayer film by blow extrusion was confirmed to comply with the FSSC 22000 standard. This certification meets food packaging requirements that are important for international food industry companies and for exports to EU countries. This highlights the high level of safety and control.
At TECHNOLOGIA JSC, film quality control covers all stages, from the incoming inspection of raw materials and evaluation of suppliers to the migrational, chemical and physical-mechanical testing of finished products.
To confirm compliance with Ukrainian and EU legislation, the film undergoes testing in laboratories accredited to ISO 17025. The company cooperates with Ukrainian laboratories and European centres, including SQTS (Swiss Quality Testing Services).
This approach ensures the results are recognised internationally and that partners trust us.
Waste-free film production at TECHNOLOGIA JSC combines technological expertise with strict quality control, compliance with international standards and a commitment to social and environmental responsibility. By implementing the principles of the circular economy, the company is able to reduce energy consumption and cut CO₂ emissions while turning waste into a resource. After all, caring for the environment means caring for future generations.
